Swatches
We cannot commission any dresses until you have received a swatch and confirmed your chosen colour/s. Swatches are sent for a flat fee of £1 to cover postage, please use the form below and we will send them out to you.

Ordering
Please use our online ordering system. You can pay through paypal, or you can choose "account". The account system informs us of your order but allows you to pay us later over the phone or through bank transfer. Please note that your dresses WILL NOT be commissioned until full payment is received. We will contact you as soon as you order to confirm sizes and colours with you.

Measurements
The sizes that will be made for your ladies are based on the designers measurement chart below. We will need their bust, waist and hip measurements. If they are taller than 5ft 7 please let us know because they may need extra length (no additional cost), most dresses will require a hem to the required length once your bridesmaids have their shoes. Hem and bodice alterations can be undertaken in our store for a small charge or with a local seamstress. Dresses can be made to measure exact to your measurements if preferred.

Tailoring Time
Your dresses will take 6-8 weeks to be made by J'adore Bridals dressmakers. If you do not have much time before your big day, they can often rush orders through in just 3-4 weeks for an additional £20 per dress. Just email us on info@fairytaledresses.co.uk with details of what you need and we will see what we can do for you.

Refunds
J'adore offer a one-dress refund in accordance with the distance selling act. This refund is not available to customers in store, and covers one dress. If you commission your trial dress and are happy with the dress we will commission further dresses for your bridesmaids. If however you are unhappy with the result then we are able to issue the full refund on receipt of the returned dress. Please contact the store on 01978 448382 if you have any questions.

Delivery
UK mainland delivery is a flat fee of £10, International delivery is also recorded and a flat fee of £40.
Once your dresses are in store delivery will take 2-3 working days in the UK, international delivery can take 7-14 days.
